Use of Service

Subscriber agrees to utilize the IntelliProtect system in an honest and responsible manner. Subscriber agrees not to share his or her account information with a third party and to protect his or her password's integrity at all times.

Privacy

IntelliProtect does not store Subscriber credit card data on its servers. Subscriber's recurring billing information is maintained by Authorize.net, the financial transaction gateway for IntelliProtect. IntelliProtect will never provide your email address or other personal information to anyone for any reason, including partners, parent company or other business affiliates.

Subscription Term

Each subscription runs indefinitely until the Subscriber cancels the service, or a recurring payment transaction fails.

Cancellations

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. When a subscription is cancelled, re-billing stops at the end of the current billing cycle. The subscription will be flagged for cancellation, but will remain active through the current billing cycle. Subscriber is responsible for cancelling the service by logging into his or her account and informing us of the intent to cancel through the help tab.

NOTE: Absolutely no refunds will be given for the remaining portion of the current billing month after a cancellation is received by IntelliProtect.

ABSOLUTELY NO PHONE CALL CANCELLATIONS WILl BE ACCEPTED. YOU MUST LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT AND REQUEST A CANCELLATION. THIS IS TO PROTECT THE AUTHENTICITY OF YOUR REQUEST.

Refund Policy

IntelliProtect offers no refunds or credits for unused portions of a subscription term. Refunds will be granted, however, only for fraudulent use of a Subscriber's credit card that has been authorized by the credit card issuing bank.

In no event shall IntelliProtect or any approved reseller be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of data or profit arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of this site, even if IntelliProtect or an IntelliProtect authorized representative shall have been advised of the possibility of such, and whether based in an action in contract, or any other theory of liability.
